Request for Proposal - Special Education Clinical Services

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is accepting competitive bids for speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior specialists, mental health counselors, school psychologists, social workers, and nurses to conduct evaluations and/or to provide special education clinical services, and/or related services to CSUSA managed schools during the 2013-2014 school year. Information Session

The following Enrollment Information Sessions have been scheduled to provide parents with enrollment information about Charter Schools USA and more specifically about Insert School Name. All Information Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. A confirmation code, required to complete the application process, will be provided at the end of each Information Session.

Welcome to the Renaissance Charter School of St. Lucie located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We are a tuition-free public charter school serving students in grades K-8. Renaissance Charter School of St. Lucie is a member of the Charter Schools USA family of schools and will provide Port St. Lucie with a great neighborhood school of choice.

Mission

The Renaissance Charter School of St. Lucie will provide students with the necessary tools and skills needed to develop superior levels of achievement. We will strive for academic, social and physical excellence by providing a quality and challenging curriculum. We will promote positive moral and social values, foster an atmosphere of self-discipline in a safe learning environment, and maximize individual productivity to meet the needs of a changing global society. Renaissance Charter School of St. Lucie students will be able to maximize their potential for successfully ascertaining their goals with confidence and intrinsic motivation, thereby enabling each student to become a lifelong learner and strong functional contributor to their local community as well as their global community.

What is a Charter School?

Charter schools are tuition-free and are funded much like a public school, but each charter school is governed privately. Private governance places accountability squarely on the shoulders of the entity running the schools. Every dollar spent through the charter school system is focused on furthering each student’s education.
